Hello, I hope you can help me....

I bought a TIVO from you approx 3 years ago and all has been fine, I have started to find though that as new channels are added to SKY (for example CBS Drame or DIVA) that the TIVO does not pick up on these channels TV listings - for example if a show is on CBS drama and I look it up on the season pass manager than all it shows for that channel is CBS DRAMA.

I am not sure if I have explained this properly!

I wondered if I have to reboot the TIVO in order for it to pick up on New Channel Listings - from what I have read though if I do this then all season pass info will be lost along with all recorded programmes.

Please advise how I should continue.

Many Thanks

I hope that this is not too late to be of use (and of course, that it is!)
When new channels appear, unless you go to "my preferences > Customise Channels > Channels you receive" then scroll down to the appropriate channel number and "tick" it TiVo will not look for information for that channel.
As an aside, rebooting TiVo will not lose your season passes or recorded programs, so there is no need to worry about that.
Hope this helps
