Repairs If your Tivo has started to play up, tivoland can offer a diagnosis/repair service. Simply send just the system unit on its own and order the "Misc Checkover" item below. This is a nominal fee to diagnose the fault on your system and includes the return courier fee's. We will advise on the part failure before proceeding any further. The only additional costs will be for parts and in certain circumstances we may even be able to cure the fault for just the check-over fee (for example its a system corruption and your drive is physically free of errors). Please make sure you Contact us first to get Returns Number and the postal details. Note: Certain Main Board faults may be un-economical to repair but we will provide full advice in order to effect the most cost efficient solution for you to get Tivo back into your life. Your subscription will not be affected and where applicable Tivo will allow you to move a Lifetime subscription if a replacement Tivo becomes necessary!
