you can send the unit to us and we will diagnose the fault.
We will advise what is required to repair your TiVo.
No additional costs will be incurred if you decide not to go
ahead with the repair, this fee includes return shipping!

This is a fixed price repair for series 1 modem faults.
Without surge protection, this is a common occurrence after
lightening strikes. The TiVo main board is generally fried
through the phone line, so this is excellent value repair
and includes return shipping!

This is a fixed price AltEPG installation service.

Tivoland will install the latest version of AltEPG onto your own drive. Simply order this service and send your Hard Disk to the address provided.

Any functioning SATA or IDE hard disk up to 1Tb in size. This service includes return shipping!

Tivoland cannot be held responsible for faulty or damaged drives. We will attempt to install the latest version of AltEPG onto your drive. Customers are encouraged to use Recorded or Special Delivery services from the post office to cover items shipped. In the unlikely event that we are unable to re-image your drive, we will email you to explain the problem and you may send in a substitute drive to be used for this service. Tivoland will return drives using the Recorded Delivery service which provides a maximum coverage of £44. Any claims for loss or damage for the return leg of the service can only be reimbursed by Tivoland if and when the Royal Mail completes a satisfactory claim.
