System Warranty
All systems are fitted with a brand new hard disk (the most common
point of failure) and are fully tested prior to shipment.
Despite this, we provide a 60 day limited DOA warranty to be on the
safe side. This allows ample time for the drive to bed down and any
problems with the tivo itself that might have slipped through the
testing phase to be discovered.
Should your unit fail after the 60 day period, if
diagnosed to be a hard disk failure and the drive is still under its
manufacturers warranty, simply contact us to arrange a HDD exchange.
For HDD warranty claims outside of the 60 day
period, there will be a small admin fee of £29 to cover
re-implementation of the system software.
Replacement drives are formatted and empty so re-implementation enables
us to provide the customer a quick & simple plug & play
solution.
