Upgrade Drive Warranty
All upgrade drives are Brand New and come with a manufacturers warranty.

If an upgrade drive fails within 60 days of being supplied, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Should your drive fail after 60 days but is still within the manufacturers warranty, we can still arrange a free replacement drive on your behalf.

In these circumstances, the replacement drive will of-course be formatted and blank.

If you wish tivoland to arrange the warranty replacement on your behalf there will be a small admin fee of £29 to cover returning the drive to the manufacturer, re-implementing the system software and shipping the item back to you.

This will enable us to provide a simple and quick plug & play solution for the customer.
