or faulty, simply return them to us within 10 days of receipt for
replacement.

Checkover
If you have a problematic
Tivo and would like us to check the whole thing over and diagnose, you can
order the item below and send the unit to us. We will diagnose the system
for you and advise on your options. This nominal fee includes the return
shipping and handling of the unit!
If the system is an economical
repair, you can simply order the additional parts required through the
website. Please contact us first using the contact link below and we will
forward the address on where to ship the unit. Please only send the physical Tivo, no accessories are required!
